This is a "Thank you" letter from the Commander of British Home Forces.
These letters were sent out to people how had done good things, but did not deserve a medal.

I made a mistake !! ... the ribbon I thought was an Air Crew Europe star, in fact is one of the French medals !!!! so don't worry, you are not missing any of the medals
