Hello there Dear Andrzej and everyone!

I have found very interesting story about one soldier & still
coudn't understand his full military way.
Kindly ask you to provide possible information about:

    ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)
    - born: most of all 13(3) Aug 1909
    - place of birth: most of all Knihinin, wojęw. Stanisławowskie (Ukraine now)
    - son of: Włodzimierz & Albina Lisiewicz
    - wife: Maria Józefa Lisiewicz, after married second time became Kracewicz
    - army #: most of all 1909/97/??? (in 3 DSK list enlisted as ppor. 3. bryg). In which KU he have been enlisted, which place?
    - military unit: 3KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

On 1932 he finished sub-officers courses at 6 dywizjon artylerii przeciwlotniczej (6daplot)
    and get rank of Corporal.
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

Is it possible from someone's side check "Rocznik oficerski" till what time and where he continued
    his military service?

From Myheritage website I have found that before 1937 he was a civilian
sailor (deck-boy) first on M/S Batory and from 1938 became a fireman on M/S Pilsudski.
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

Also I have found very strange information that he was recognized twice as a died person:
    1) First time on M/s Chrobry on which he was a radio operator,
sunk by the Germans On 14/15 maj 1940, was pronounced as missing person.
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)
    2) Second time his wife get a very strange document that he sunk again on the same ship (M/s Chroby) on May 1946 and July 1949.
As I understood that information couldn't be truthful, because M/s Chrobry have been destroyed on may 1940:
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

Also he appears on September 1942 as a passenger to NY from port of Cardiff (departure & arrival records attached).

Second time On 14 Feb. 1944 as a second officer he moved with pluton warsztatowy to San Paolo Matese railway station:
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

Last one as an officer from the list off commanders of 3 KPAPL before battle of Monte Cassino:
ppor. Lisiewicz Mieczyslaw 3 KPAPL (pluton warsztatowy)

From the fold3 web site I also found his naturalization USA record from Cambridge, state Massachusetts on 1954:
