Yes, the badge that you marked is the Bagde of the 10 Pułk Ułanów Litewskich.
On the uniform there are three more badges, from the left:
1. Odznaka Grenadierska (Odznaka Grenadierska – Wikipedia, wolna encyklopedia)
2. Państwowa Odznaka Sportowa (Państwowa Odznaka Sportowa – Wikipedia, wolna encyklopedia)
Bottom one:
3. Odznaka Strzelecka (Odznaka Strzelecka – Wikipedia, wolna encyklopedia)
