Not sure if anyone's interested in restoring planes on here but im a aircraft structural engineer and I volunteer at my local aviation museum and currently we are restoring a beechcraft model 18 which was flown and used by the royal canadian navy in the 50's and than was later converted for sky divers in Quebec, so about a couple years ago it was found in a field in Quebec and was sitting there for over a decade. Currently we are repairing the holes in the fuselage and wings etc. and the botched up repairs they did back in the day( they put car bondo in the holes instead of repairing the skin). We have the engines and wings we just need to find or fabricate missing parts we need. I can keep it updated as the restoration goes on.
