    Hi folks, I believe this is a photo of my uncle Gerard Toillon standing near a biplane. The photo was dated 1912 then subsequently erased and dated 1915. I think it is later - perhaps late teens or early twenties. Can anyone identify the type of aircraft in the photo? NH

    Turns out to be a Pitcairn PA-3 Orowing. This type used the OX-5 motor and was in use up to WWII as a commercial aircraft, trainer and military trainer. NH
