I had stumbled upon a cap marked as such. I am unsure of what the maker is. Any help is always appreciated

Any better pictures? The only thing I can make out is "Pfälz." = Pfälzische/r... Handwerker ???? More pictures that can be enlarged would help.

I tried translator but couldn't come up with much
