Is this Feuerwehr visor cap real?

Hi guys! I want to buy a Feuerwehr visor cap (Peküro Mütze, Stirndrückfrei, Deutsches-Reichs-Patent, Albert Ziegler). I thought it would be smart to ask you guys if this visor cap is real before buying. Since I'm new to collecting. Thanks in advance!

This is a nice, original Peküro cap with the "skeleton" interior (no lining of the side-panels). The steel-ring of the top panel is dented (or was removed) but that happened or was done by intention by the wearer(s).
