Want some opinions on this KM visor cap's authenticity. Thanks in advance.
I am no KM specialist - the sweatband seems to be a Peküro patented one. Wether Peküro made KM caps I don't know. The shape is quite unusual for a KM cap (should be saucer-shaped) and the eagle is sewn on in quite an unprofessional way.
This is an East German Volksmarine Cap altered with KM Insignia...
Thank you Glen! Then I suppose the Peküro-sweatband was added/exchanged with the original East-German one in order to deceive.
