Please Help! WW2 German Panzer Side Cap. Named?

Good day gentleman. I've had this Panzer side cap named to a soldier in my collection for a while. Personally I've been able to decipher the battalion or his name and it doesn't help that my German orthography is terrible. If there is a collector out there that can throw some light on the unit for me it would be very appreciated. Also if this naming to soldier and unit ends up being lost to time so be it. Hi Mardo.

I’m reading the unit as 2./Pz. Abw. Abt. 35.

So it would be - 2./Panzerabwehr-Abteilung 35, which was with the 35. Infanterie-Division.

This would have been the second company of the Anti-tank unit.

As for his name, It looks like Häcker, but I’m not 100% sure about the last letter.
