The details on the insignia look a bit soft from this distance, But closer straight on pictures are necessary to determine if these are fake. I can't tell you my opinion by these photos...

Why would a pre-RZM style SS cap have an RZM marked brim?
Authentic examples of these early hats often have RZM tags, and if this one was real (which, IMO, it is not) I would expect it to have one, too.

For personal reasons I couldn't answer earlier. I think THE specialist for this kind of cap made an essential remark here (post # 27) concerning the weave of the fabric these caps were made of (gabardine vs Trikot):
