    The "RZM A 3" stamp is a fantasy mark. The other things here, the stamp in the Muetzenboden as gold cliche, and the RZM/SS acceptance stamp
    on the peak are copied from originals. If you look carefully at the threads here, you will find many examples, even if, as you write, you are "not a cloth headgear guy."
    You can be certain that many of us here are just that....

    The license number from the RZM for a contractor is in virtually all cases on the RZM tag, seen above.

    The fakes of the ca 1938 or so black enlisted cap have reached a high state of polish. The fakes of earlier caps are also well developed.

    The "A3" mark is a total failure in the realm of fakery.
