I can only comment on the Braunschweig TK which is meant for an enlisted man in this pattern. It does not belong on an officer's visor in my opinion. Also the obvious lack of spacing between the eagle and wreath implies it was squeezed in and added after the fact. I'll leave the rest of the cap to the real experts
