WH General Visor cap

Hello!

Found this visor cap being sold. I'm really interested whether it is authentic or not. The seller themselves claims to not know much about the cap. They say that they're only selling away their late husband's collection. I was already told by couple people that the crown piping didn't sit right with them, but I'd still like to hear your input on the matter. I would greatly appreciate any and all opinions on the matter.

I haven't seen one of these awful Latvian fakes for a while. This is very bad! Shape, piping, sweatband, centerband fabric, stuffing, lining, everything...
Another monstruosity as F.-B. would have put it.

It's usually best to take it with a pinch of salt when someone refers to disposing of their 'late husband's collection,' or indeed ANY late relatives collection. It's more often than not, just a scam to make you think that they don't know what they are dealing with.
