Guy's here is one i need help with after reviewing this thread and others i cannot find much info on this one .

Looks to me like

rfnr 1/1007/5861 - or maybe 5867

Dated 1943 and sized 56. A winter cap

I can decipher RB Nr. 1/1007/586....hard to see because it isn't laying flat...

I will try for more pictures. I figure another set of eyes may see it differently. I will also post a picture i changed the contrast on to bring out the markings a little more.
