I don't quite get the question. If you want to know what to look for wether the cap is an original period example you'd have to look for proper workmanship such as even piping, proper pleating of the lining, proper seam that joins SB and visor/peak to the cap base, preciseness of all seams/stiches then proper and period materials such as quality of fabrics/correct weave pattern, proper lining, proper stuffing material, proper inlays - also of the pipings -, proper stiffeners, proper sweatshield, proper material of sweatshield, proper sweatband - in this case the typical ErEl SB -, proper visor/peak - in this case made of laquered Vulkanfiber, etc. etc. - so quite a lot to check.
If you simply want to know wether this cap is authentic then I can tell you that it is (as all the a/m features fit).
