Hi I'm after any opinions regarding this gold proficiency badge?. Who was awarded it?. Date of issue ?. Appreciate any information and opinions. Cheers all

It is a Hitler Jugend leader's proficiency badge.
From these photos, it looks okay but you need to see a close up of the issue numbers.
You can compare to my example here, look for the lines in the recess of the numbers.
