M1/63 is the maker mark for Steinhauer and Luck and as far as I am aware he didn't make pre 1945 Achievement badges for the HJ.

Hi there,

Your large badge with the wavy lines thro the number is a well known fake, a badge with these so called wave cancellation lines was never issued during the TR period, as for the miniature badge it looks like a cast fake but i cannot confirm this.
