HJ Leistungsabzeichen and triangle HJ (?) for review

I have this HJ Leistungsabzeichen with a kind of strike out number and S. The maker is M1/6. Furthermore a triangle "Soltau" on which I have my doubts an even don't know if this is HJ.

Please your opinions on these.

I have seem these with struck out numbers before, IMO, nothing to worry about.
It also looks like M1/63 to me.
I suggest you post the triangle in the Non Combat uniforms section of the forum.

Just found out the triangle is DRK em/nco sleeve eagle.
