HJ winter side-cap - original?

Hello friends,

I would appreciate any opinions on this HJ winter side-cap, in heavy dark-blue wool with a pin-on metal HJ badge. No markings of any kind, no RZM label. To be honest I'm not sure of it; the eyelets are a different colour on each side (bare brass on one, greyish-white on the other), and I've provided close-ups of the interior of each in case they might give anything away.
