FRG allowed decorations and medals

Dear fellow collectors, researchers and caretakers of militaria,
I recall a while back someone had posted an article with an FRG document that listed the Third Reich era awards allowed to be worn. I understand that generally military awards were allowed and political awards were forbidden to be worn.
But I just wanted to have a copy of that document for reference.
