Hi Can't help with the markings but the liner is a P64 duck cotton by Firestone 1965 as this was their only contract making this type of liner correct designation "M1 Helmet Liner" as opposed the nylon type more commonly seen (M1 Combat Liner).hopefully someone may be able to help with the markings/decals.

Hello, thank you for your answers

So the rank is for a spec 4, but you confirmed that the stripes are for ROTC ?

And is it possible to have more information about the previous owner of this helmet since there is the laundry ? It seems to belonged to a woman Regarding the name.

    Regards

I deleted some of the images that contained a Social Security Number. This is done in order to protect the individual from identity theft and other possible issues.

In the future if you post something like this please try to block out the nine digit numbers.

Army Service numbers which are different can be posted in full. If you are unsure, prior to posting please send a PM to one of the moderators who can assist you.

    Thank you
