It is a front seam swivel bale Schleuter that has three layers of paint, original WW2, apple green, and the current layer.
It came from Defiance, Ohio and the story behind this one is that the original owner was a conscientious objector but was still interested in serving. He was also a Mennonite. He served 1940-1953 and the last name was Fricke or Frickey. The story has no documentation but that is what the person who got it from Fricke's nephew says.
