Default M1 helmet - no markings...

Guys i picked up a decent looking m1 in a capac liner. My eyes aren't the best anymore and cannot see the liner marking well. Is this a korean war era liner with a Vietnam era m1 pot or possibly 1970's into 1980's steel pot? I could find no markings inside the helmet whatsoever. Blackened anchor marked fittings and looks like a corked finish to me.

I plan on taking better photographs tomorrow

Looks like a WWII liner to me judging by the color of the webbing and the grommet in front. The texture might not be cork though. Looks like the “sand” texture that was used later on

    Hi there,

this is a nice moss camo steel helmet. I like it very much.
It was like that from the 1960s.

yes. You can find him often in a certain time frame. I don't know if it was made by the troops themselves or made in an arsenal.
