Hello everyone,
I have been inactive on this forum lately, so I will start becoming more active on these forums, anyways, I recently bought a helmet from the USS San Francisco, (CA-38), And I was wondering if I should restore it and how to restore it or if I should keep it the way it is, I’ve been wanting to buy one of these helmets since he first listed the first helmet, but I’ve been holding myself back for some time, until now. So can anyone give me any tips of how to handle a lid in this bad of condition? Ive has lids in bad condition but not this bad. Thanks
