It was painted over in semi-gloss OD # 7, which means a revision in the 1950 íger years and a deployment in Korea war could mean.

In my experience Sleepwalker. This is a textbook darkening of a WW2 McCord Shell. I have quite a few M1s. 0 to do with KW Era helmets. I have some of those too . Always happy for the comments brother. Just ... I don’t think so for this one. And as opposed to even some WW2 era repaints I have. Period repaints. I don’t think this one even has one repaint.
