I think it is Russian SVT-38 Long Bayonet

Good guess!
It is a SVT 38 bayonet. If I see it correctly, there is a Tula mark (star) on the scabbard. Are there any marks on the bayonet itself?

Did a close up of the handle with some marks and then there was 2 markings on the base of the blade, one is fainter than the other.

It is a nice copy. The 2 stamps are unknown to me. Maybe they are proof markings.
Honestly, I was curious as to what else might be on the bayonet.
The SVT-38 bayonet is in any case stamped in a different way (serial number on the blade) than the later SVT-40 bayonet.
So I only recognize the Tula mark on the scabbard.
