does anyone know more about this russian dogtag? I wonder which regiment and which division belongs to this. how rare are these russian dog tags and what exactly were they used for? all i can find online is that they were used when soldiers left a regiment for a period of more than 24 hours. I would like to hear more information.

    Hello.
This is a pre-war Soviet Red Army dismissal token.
    Not rare.
Translation of the page "The personal badge must be metal with a diameter of 5 cm. The company number, unit number and personal number of the Red Army soldier are clearly stamped on it." must include a dismissal note from the company commander indicating the time.
Yours is stamped with "7стр рота" / 7 rifle company.
100 МВУ - perhaps some kind of military school.

I see from the photo that you are offered to buy a uniform and this token under the guise of a dogtag. It's all fake. I advise against buying.
