Salty Obr.1936 gas mask bag

Recently I purchased this Obr.1936 gas mask bag for 2 euro, its not in the best condition but it still has a lot of character.
Judging by the repairs and modifications it seems to have been used for a while, unfortunately it's missing its waist and shoulder strap.
Perhaps used by the navy, judging by the buttons.
