Re: Soviet belt buckles: ww2 or post?
Shown buckles: the first is early postwar example, the second is circa 70's.
But as discussed, a lot of this buckles was used by cadets, who was sent immediately to the frontlines in 1941 year, and after 1944 year, when the young lieutenants has been sent to the trenches, I have seen several dugou pictures, where is clearly seen such a buckles, during wear in the trenches.
But exactly, the big H and C is the same as on the commander's buckle

Same pertains to Your sea buckle. Its not period WWII. I can not immediately find in its my collections examples.
But this not it is necessary.
Round stamp is seen With back of the buckle. Such stamp characteristic of for buckle made in 50-e year.
Here is photo example old buckle (not mine). You may compare themselves
Shown buckle is a smaller size naval cadets buckle

Hello Angola,
due to the angle of your photo, I believe you are in possession of a standard, NCO belt and buckle. Both appear to be post-war era. If you look on the forum (see prior string) there is explanation of the history of the design. The one you show appears to be very common but again, better photos would help others with your question.
