It's a GP-5. They entered production in 1962, and are not at all rare. In fact, I'd go as far as to say they're one of the most common gas masks on the market. If it has its filter with it, be aware that they have recently been found to contain asbestos.

But the strange is that it came with a coffe can filter, of course i didnt need it. Gp5s came with the green lead filters not the coffe can filter. Raul
EDIT. yeah i knew about the asbest
GP-5 masks were sometimes used with a hose and coffee can filter. It depended on where they were used, and for how long. Most of the time they were issued with regular sized filters, though.

Its not unheard of to find Coffee Can Filters with GP5s, the Predecessors the Gp-4 and GP-4u used coffee can filters so I'm guessing they got mixed together in use with Grazhdanskaya Oborona just putting kits together with whatever they had in stocks.
