Soviet glass?

Hello, I have these glasses from the 80s. are they an USSR military item? Many thanks

From the green box I would say yes, but there were many ( radiation goggles, aviators, motorbike glasses etc)... so a view of this paper would be good . I can only make out something about settings.

Many thanks. Now I think they were used not by soldiers, but by civilian scientists, obviously for military purposes.
