Yes Stig, don't over do it mate, just because you feel better doesn't mean you are at 100% mentally.
Listen to the experts, do all the physio work and regain your strength.
I know mate, believe me, it took me nearly eighteen months to recover fully, after I was knocked down many moons ago.
