Anyone able to attribute this skull to any certain manufacturer based on reverse hardware? I can find nothing similar to this specific piece.

No good, it's fake. Pretending to be an Overhoff skull.

Aldo thanks for this. I did see a few overhotf skulls that looked good. But the skull in question looks iffy and lacked quality. Looks like it has a double chin and nothing is clean about it like the eye sockets etc. Very rough.
