To answer orginal question, I do not like that flag. Those extra stamps is in my mind red flags, I would not want this flag to my collection.

The flag looks alright but the extra stamps as well as the rope are very questionable.
Sadly many period authentic TR flags have been altered to increase price by adding ink stamps with little to no significance.. In this case the addition of the Nuremburg town stamp and date have wrecked an otherwise good flag...
I would avoid this one.
