Leave it where it is, it is a fake .... wrong measurements are a big giveaway.... 60 X 90 is not a wartime measurement...

The 2nd flag is a goodun!
The lanyard & the iron cross graphics are always a clue too as to originality.

In addition to the 60 by 90 ratio, the lack of any corner reinforcements or reinforced stitching on the edges are a good way to spot fakes. You can see the rectangular reinforcement pieces in the third picture of the second flag you posted, I agree it's a nice original.
The tincture around the iron cross is a real red flag to me, looks very unnatural.
