A fantasy piece I would guess.
It's a veteran's association flag NSRKB (Nationalsozialistischer Reichskriegerbund). Hard to make any appraisal of authenticity from that photo though. Need bigger, closer, better photos.
If genuine, it is an attractive and quite uncommon flag.

It is a genuine example. I have owned several of these over the years. They are always printed. I have never encountered a fake of this flag.

Ok. Are they rare and what would be a resonable price to pay for it?
They are not rare and like all veterans organizations stuff not 'worth' as much as mainstream military..this flag is commonly seen with the kyffhauser memorial in the center

I would add, please bear in mind dealer markups of 20-40% on some items. If you decide to sell the flag to a collector, values tend to drop accordingly on collector to collector transactions.
