I'm assuming the sigs on the flag are members of the unit he served with in WW2?
The Flag wasn’t with an original owner. It was with an estate sell and the kids were selling off everything and didn’t care about history just a $$$. The story is one of the guys that signed it. He’s on the side with not a lot of signatures and is the Dennis Lanier from Savannah Georgia.
