NSBO flag

Any info / help on this flag is appreciated
I have a chance to buy it, want to see opinions on the repairs and holes
Please notice the red patch and black patch repairs, as well as the stains and holes.

Welcome to the Forum. It appears to be a nice NSBO flag. The Forum is more of an educational place than a place for free appraisals. These are fairly common so I would search prominent dealers sites and deduct around 25% for the damage. It appears to still have all of the mounting rings which is a plus.

Not looking for an appraisal but a ball park idea of its value, by asking fellow collectors that know more than I on flags. Given the conditions of the flag, I just want to make sure that I dont over pay. Is it still collector grade? Can't find one in similar conditions on dealers websites.
