The pennant (aka) wimpel looks fine. Better closeups of the stitching of the roundel and swastika would be helpful.

The ink stamp is unfortunately illegible regarding the bottom lettering, (at least for me).. The top is marked "ARBEITSAMT"

I don't see any glaring issues..

Stamping says "Arbeitsamt KAISERSLAUTERN".
