Standarte 145 was located at Nordmark.

I think it’s a Sturmfahne from the SA group Kurpfalz.

The SA Standarten 145, 186 and 221 were located in Kurpfalz.

Additionally the piping around the corner patch looks silver, which would be the correct color for Kurpfalz.

SA Gruppe Nordmark has had golden Buttons, Rankstars, Pads for collar tabs, piping and Fringes on its Flags by using same green color as Gruppe Kurpfalz.

Yes and it is why I thought it was from Gruppe Nordmark. To me that piping around corner patch looks like a gold color.

hello collectors, Thank you for the new information! I collect a lot of things from that time, but this is my very first Sturmfahne and then a wonderfull like that! Am I right that they rarely have so many patches? have never seen a storm flag with so many.Can you tell me what the flash means?

You are right, it is rare to see so many patches on Sturmfahne.
That lighting bolt means Nachrichtensturm, singal company.
