    Having another sort out and thought members might like to see my old Japanese Type 92 HMG, known as the Woodpecker, due to its fairly leisurely rate of fire compared to the "buzz saw MG42". Found many years ago in the Solomons.

    What a great relic BC. You could put together an impressive display with that and the US .30 MG.

    That is a great relic and I agree with Anderson about what an excellent display that combo could present.

    Were the US .30 and this type 92 found on the same Solomon Island? If So , Do you know which island it was?

    It would be interesting to put the WHO was WHERE behind these relic's

    Yes this came from the same island as the 30 cal, Guadalcanal.
