German helmet ss DD M35 - number: ET64 - 3504

I have a question.
An older gentleman wants to sell me an original ss helmet... I don't have pictures, but I remember the numbers stamped on the helmet.

I want to ask if it's possible that this helmet is really SS.

There are M35 ET double decal SS helmets, but without pictures it would be insanity to purchase the helmet as FAKE SS helmets are more plentiful on the market than real ones.
