hi i do ask myself that same question as have been used to restoring items in the past and used to making items ie craftwork, and i never was a fan of frankenstein, too many bits that dont match i do scout about for one that hasnt been through a ' militaria ' dealers hands too much like a good honest dyed in the cloth shell got offered one last night good old M40 shell needs a bit of cleaning, replacement liner studs etc either restore or leave it, has good markings though.
