I found this Sicherheitsdienst double decal M34 helmet on SS Steel. It looks alright to me (albeit I'm still a beginner in terms of SS knowledge), but I'm wondering what everyone's opinion is on it before I hit the "buy" button.

I found this Sicherheitsdienst double decal M34 helmet on SS Steel. It looks alright to me (albeit I'm still a beginner in terms of SS knowledge), but I'm wondering what everyone's opinion is on it before I hit the "buy" button.
Close ups , close ups , close ups...
My question is on the party shield. looks like it was applied over the damage to the green paint.
The Runes decal looks fine, but a close up would be needed to confirm.

Decals look good to me.
Agree. No issues with the decals. Still curious as to when they were applied as the Tri-color shield seems to be place over paint damage. Not knowing much about these M34's and how / when the SS got them, not saying it is not acceptable. Just that I would like to understand more. I'm sure Kelly will be able to explain.

Just received two more images:
Kelly says that the decal was not applied over paint damage, but that there are multiple line scratches towards the pit area. Been reading up on materials and it seems that they are both period applied.
