You can zoom in on the decal on SF as seen below. Either way, IMO the decal is fake.
A little bit of research on SF will suggest that they are best avoided.

Interesting also that the area surrounding the decal is pock marked with rust craters like the surface of the moon while the area of the shield is astonishingly devoid of any breaking through the surface. A fake for me too.
