M40 Quist SS helmet

Here is a well-worn single decal SS helmet in by Quist in size 66. The initials are carved into the crown and skirt. The liner is a 1941 Werner Zahn with reinforced aluminum. This one was captured by Lt. Nunn from Oregon. He was in the 9th Infantry Division from N. Africa to Germany.

Congrats on snagging this beauty! That worn look is sweet, much cooler than a mint example in my opinion. The provenance makes it even better!
