You will need to provide more photos of the entire helmet before any decent evaluation can be made. We simply can't make a determination by one single photograph.

Looks like a repro decal to me and chinstrap looks repro aswell.
Pocher decal on a Q helmet are not unheard of but very uncommon so need to be extra careful.
Runes look too close to the right border and the breaks are a bit soft to me.

It is not a Q decal , Fake pocher in my opinion.
Rear stamped Quist helmets are typically no decal (or police helmets) - so that is a big red flag.
Plus of course, what other have already said.
