What is the seller describing it as?

Shell is good, the tri color looks like it was uncovered and may be good, and the bird is a fake. With the washers under the heads of the split pins on the front of the helmet I suspect it was refitted, maybe by the Finns. The liner i do not recognize, it could be a German civil liner, or maybe a foreign liner if the helmet was reworked by the Finns or someone else. The SS markings are 1000% not real. I would avoid this one. Jim G.
