Thanks Map, exactly my thought and where I stand right now. I really want it and feel there may be a chance the decal is legitimate but wont take the risk unless he sends me a hd photo.

I will immediately update the post if I get a photo.

Most of the key areas that you would want to be able to study on an SS decal are missing or have been removed from this decal. As Jan said, looks like the decal could be over some pitting but better photos would confirm it.
