SS helmet maybe...

I found this helmet that I find quite nice with its warrior look.
I'm intrigued by the little badge pieces.

Looks like a nice original wartime repainted helmet. Not an SS helmet though, it is made by NS and that company did not make SS helmets. Not sure what the little piece of leather is at the back of the liner?

It looks like the leather is torn off from the rest on a small part.
